To operate this site and handle enquiries, we use the following external services: Neon (database — stores enquiry content), Resend (email delivery — sends acknowledgement and reply emails), Vercel (website hosting and file storage), Telegram (new-enquiry notifications only — name, email, phone number, and message content are never sent; only the enquiry category is notified), and Google Analytics (traffic analysis).
7. Overseas Processing
As a result of using the services listed above, some personal information may be processed on servers located outside Japan (primarily in the United States). Each service provider handles data under its own security management framework.
